About John Dunham

My roots are deeply entrenched in Austin, and I have grown together with this once relatively small Texas college town. Upon arrival nearly 30 years ago in NW Austin, the now heavily traveled 360 Bridge over Lake Austin was still under construction. The Cheese Cake Factory at the Arboretum originally opened as a movie theater. The Robert Mueller Airport landed planes in the now thriving Mueller Development, and aircraft rattled windows in the neighorhood I now call home in Brentwood / Crestview.

My family real estate history began to take shape in the early  '80s. At the start of 2002, I joined a large local real estate firm in Austin to develop my own identity within the real estate community. The tech bubble had burst, and it was becoming more evident real estate was in my blood. Since then I have assisted a range of clients, and personally experienced each side of a real estate transaction as buyer, seller and investor. I joined forces as a founding member of Juice because of our shared core values in helping people and maintaining client relationships that survive the closing table.

A proud graduate of Clemson University, time outside of work often includes training for my next race (a two time Ironman finisher), watching and sometimes participating in shenanigans with my nieces and nephews, and sampling new cuisine around town. Community involvement has involved participating in ActiveLife Movement, sitting on The Steering Committee of Brentwood Neighborhood Association, and aiding with Violet Crown Community Works annual festivals benefiting neighborhood enhancements.

When you are buying or selling property in today´s real estate market it´s important to have confidence in your real estate professional. My commitment as your local Austin REALTOR ® is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve.
