Hello and thanks for visiting.  I´m John Dunham, a Residential Consultant and native to the Austin Area, the Live Music Capital of the World!  You might be visiting because of a move out of, around or into beautiful Austin, and I´d like to share with you how I view my job and our philosophy. 

I understand real estate is more than a one-time transaction.  For a large majority it involves one of the most important steps in life and demands the attention of a dedicated Consultant.  That is the primary reason my business has been built on past client referrals to friends, family and co-workers.  They understand I truly care.

You might say Real Estate is in my blood!  For over 20 years members of my family have been assisting individuals and families buy / sell real estate in Austin.  We have family that rank amongst the Top 25 Agents in Austin the last several years.  I have been able to combine this mentoring with specialized training and continued education to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to my clients. 

Entering my fifth year as an active Residential Consultant, I understand the primary objective is helping people and not about property.  As a scholarship swimmer and athlete in the Austin Community, my enthusiasm, dedication and continuous goal setting has carried over to helping people achieve their real estate dreams.
